Suggestion headline: Make players vehicles transferable

Why should it be accepted: It would be great to make players owned vehicles transferable, if anyone wants to sell his/her car or transfer it to someone just to giveaway that would be cool. A transfer fees will be deducted or something like that or maybe no fees.

I like the idea in theory... but in practice, i'd be a lot of coding for something that won't ever happen because even the most expensive vehicles are only like 500k, which you can make in a day. Like, it's really not hard to afford any vehicle on the server, so no one would ever buy a car from someone else when you can just go buy it from the dealership.

I support this suggestion honestly, it could add a whole new player driven market to the server. Allowing vehicle transfers would make player owned vehicles feel more valuable and interactive instead of being permanently locked to one owner.

To keep it balanced and avoid abuse/scams, the system could include:

• A transfer fee
• Both players confirming the transfer
• Cooldowns between transfers
• Restrictions for newly purchased vehicles

I like the suggestion, but I feel it would hardly ever be used. Putting a lot of development work into something that will barely be used does not seem like a good idea.
