Reason: Hello everyone, I'm here today to apply to join the Hooligans gang, and I hope to be accepted. I'm applying now that I've improved my driving and shooting skills. I want to join and participate in the Hooligans' chases and riots, and to help them out. The Hooligans headquarters is great now, with even more targets. I'll also have access to the vehicles, the weapons depot, and the drug warehouse. I'm fully prepared to serve the Hooligans to the best of my ability and represent them well.
