Motivation: I have been wanting to join the event host team since 2023, I have always seen how the events were made and i wanted to make events like that.I have already had the chance to help organize and run a few events, so I have gained some real experience along the way. I know I still have a lot to learn, and honestly, I am excited about that. I would love to get guidance from hosts who have been doing this longer than me. With the right training, I think I can grow into a creative and reliable host
