Reason: hello pros i want to join Blackouts because I like this system and I want to be part of it. I was rejected before, but I did not stop. I learned from my mistakes and now I am better. I know my past mistakes and I try to fix them. I understand the rules more now and I try to follow them. I am more active in the server now and I play more serious.
