Why should it be accepted:

Cops and Swats were really annoying lately because of this new fishing rate, they camp-search innocents at illegal zones (which is considered bitching TO CAMP) all the time, I came up with this restriction where they cannot search INNOCENT players INSIDE of the active illegal zone, they will be able to search outside/on the way to the NPC and all over the other zones, this will prevent the childish/annoying moves and will also prevent any future bitching reports regarding this illegal zone camping.
It's really annoying finding most of the LEOs leaving the wanted suspects behind and run towards innocents and just camp there to prevent fishing.

This just happened to us awhile ago. Invul, Thorax, Yasso and I were fishing suddenly a squad of LEOs came to search us, we got killed and lose all of our fishes including the legal ones that we fished before the illegal starts. If this will not be implemented it could be abused and no one will fish illegally anymore, we already are receiving wanted levels 5 wanted levels at that when selling our illegal fish. To balance it out and give us fishermen a chance I agree with it.

Then yesterday, Invul, Esteban, and I were also fishing when one of the cafe players who were stalking us called and ask his cafe mates to change class and search us.

They even stop chasing wanted suspects in order to keep locating for the illegal fishermen to search them. +1

Cop is trying to stop you from doing something illegal? Sounds reasonable, - 1
Cuff/search rule exists, you can report players who 'bitch' on you. Solution: enable multiple illegal zones at once.
