Reason: Bitching while in-skin, using /smh and swat /cuff range in his advantage over innocents.
Proof: No clip
Other: As a Swat and tagged member he should’ve known that targeting and bitching someone is a rule break, however he came in the swat skin (after being a cop and fail) to get the advantage of the /smh and the cuff distance (over civilians!).
Cyres, silentkiller, samigamer, sidekicks and more players can confirm what he did.

Indeed, I am one of the witnesses in this report. Yes, Mitko did that.

Raiding the illegal fishing zone is not considered chilling, therefore no rules were broken in this situation.

However, after considering everything, we’ve decided to introduce a rule prohibiting SWAT members from using /smh to raid the illegal fishing zone going forward.
