You were given multiple opportunities to prove yourself. In C.R.A.S.H., you were offered a 30-day trial period as a Training Officer. In Vic's Gang, you were offered the Underboss rank. Instead of appreciating these opportunities, you dismissed them and expected to be given a higher position immediately. As the saying goes, when someone offers you a piece of cake, don't expect to take the whole cake. Positions are earned through loyalty, patience, and proving yourself not by demanding more.
