Reason: Greetings, I'm submitting an application in Hooligans, I would to become as official member I'm an old member in the group hooligans and I'm interesting to back in Hooligans once again To be honest it's honor for me to join Hooligans once again, I hope my application be accepted like others, I'll be active and attack turfs with my friends in skin and I'll be active in skin I just wanted to get a chance in Hooligans once again and hopefully the Staff team accept my application and Thanks for your time!

You are now permanently blacklisted for asking members to vote for you in the HMOTM poll. This breaks the promise you made after the final warning I gave you.

Do not attempt to apply to Hooligans again or contact our management regarding your blacklist, as your requests will be ignored.
