We are requesting from developers to add Item depot and weapon racks and drugs with Vehicle next to your house
It works like --- Drugs no more than 1000 ---
Weapon racks --- 50% ---

What do you mean next to your house, you mean all?

And you should follow the template given

Please follow the template, but to answer your suggestion...

Having item/weapon/drug racks in your house has been tossed around a bit with no defined answer, but I'll bring it up again.

You can already buy a car and have it spawn at your house. Just contact any admin to set it up for you.

What about items It will not exceed one hundred item
Weapons 50%
Drugs you can save it without exceeding one thousand

Make it clear what you mean by that. Also, car can already be purchased and spawned at your house. To set it up for you, please contact administrators for that.
