Reporting a bug

When reporting a bug, try to be as clear and informative as you can. This will help solving the bug faster.
You can report any bugs you've discovered, from typos to major bugs.
Use the following format:

Title: (Short description)

Content:
Code: Select all
Where does the bug appear: (server/forum)
When did the bug appear:
Describe the bug:
Frequency: (rare/always)
Severity: (major/minor/blocker)
Steps to reproduce:
Thank you for reporting the bug.

Cheers,
Johnson

We have added some new fields Frequency, Severity and Steps to reproduce
  • Frequency can be Always (this bug always occurs) or Rare (doesn't occur even if you do the same steps)
  • Severity can be Major (has a major impact), Minor or Blocker (which doesn't let players do their task - for example doesn't let you rob a shop, or drive your vehicle etc)
  • But the most important is Steps to reproduce field. It will help the developers to spend more time in fixing the bug and identifying the cause rather than trying to reproduce it (which sometimes takes as much as 70% of the total time).
Please use the updated template and add information so that we could resolve the bugs faster, thanks!
