I'm selling houses of mine. Best offer gets the house. If I feel like an offer is high enough, I will sell it. There is no set best-offer. Serious offers only. I am only taking in game cash. Offers consisting of anything other than that will be ignored. As offers are made, I will try my best to put the current offer for a specific house next to the number.

Please make your offers via this thread, not by PM.

Bid edits will be ignored. You may not cancel a bid. If you have made an offer and win, you may not reduce your bid to lower the final price.

If I don't accept your offer right away, it doesn't mean I've declined it, but I just would like to see how high it will go throughout the day of the offer being posted. If at the end of the day, I don't feel it will go any higher, I will sell you the house.

Houses that are "promoted" do not have pictures in a "spoiler".

Bids should be at least 5M greater than the previous bid. Fighting in increments of 500k-1M is very tiring and slow.

NOTE: I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY BIDS AND THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SELL AT ANY TIME. I ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END OR EXTEND AN AUCTION AT ANY TIME.

After a house is won, I will immediately take the money from your account. Please keep in mind that I can end an auction at any time, so you should be sure you always have the money in your account. If you do not have sufficient funds, I will take all of the money that you have, and you will not receive the house until you pay the full amount. If you do not pay for the house in full within 24 hours of the auction closure, the house will be sold to the next lowest bidder.

If you post spam or other stupid posts in here, you will receive a ban.
