He random hitted me twice too, for attempting to kill him. He wasn't dead yet, and he started shooting me first(cop vs crim), so I shot him in my pizza bike, he went in 24 7 and placed a hit on me. He could have at least wait until I killed him. Not to mention, the hitmen I had to deal with was silent and neutral. He never places a hit on me even if some hit men were online, but this is an exception.
