Describe the bug: when you get handed over into the PD checkpoint with wanted level 6-9 you cannot escape from jail. you'll get the message "You cannot attempt to escape from jail"

I thought that's not a bug?

it is, because when you get arrested by a cop with a wanted level of 6-9 you can escape from jail but when you get handed over to the PD checkpoint with a wanted level from 6-9 you cant. if you get handed over into the PD checkpoint with a wanted level of 4-5, it is possible for you to escape.
