• Always buy a house from an [Lsrcr]Tagged member or an S.W.A.T member.

• If you dont want to get scammed then always buy a house which are more then 30 mil (If someone want a house for that, then pay them 30,000,001$ Then you cant be scammed).

• Take pictures if you get scammed.

• Report the player if he scammed you over 30 mil.

• Please do not ask every player how to get a house.

• DO NOT DONATE WITHOUT ASKING YOUR PARENTS!

• Try to donate with a credit card, beacuse with a mobile phone that will take a long time to get that house.

• Again, please do not donate if your parents didnt approved that.

If I would do it for him, he won't learn from the mistakes he has made.

It is about that new players understand what they have to do when they wanna buy a new house.
