okay guys i dont know if any of you guys like basketball or w.e but theres a program to increase ur vertical jump ability and heres the link

and its a pdf and u can save it to ur documents or w.e. it can help u dunk btw i did the first day last week and on monday of this week i could almost touch the rim when i could only touch the backboard.
anyway whoever really wants to dunk like me i encourage you to try this program!!!!!

Interesting book.I have 1.83 and i'm pretty sure i can't dunk!

But i'll give this book a try.

I am training volleyball and there I need all the time to jump, so I could try it

I have tried to dunk but if the basket is 10 cm lower then I could dunk without problems
