Defence: I did not cheat ect.... plz read this carefully my two explations ....dear administrators... i was banned friday 25.5.12 at 11:30 pk time .. and the reason was that i was using vehicle healh hack .. i say this is blame .. a totally missense i have low conection internet whick speed is 7 kb only due to whick i have ping more than 800 hundred always ... thats why if someone shot me my power will lose late from that shot .. or if i have shot soem one it will efect late/.. same case happen at thatt time two cops was just at airpory they shot me it wass noe effect at that time but it efected my bike late as a result my bike was damaged also...(not alie) ...so that why i get banned from so called lsrcr honest administrator .. if u r really honest then plz unban me as it is not fair.. so i can also say that why u dont ban tow cops..........

(2)i am writing this application again to un ban me... to the previous application ryder ignored my problem (the ping problem which prove is present in army .traning ) me and my application and does not read it ... plz this time read it carefully and give me an explanation not a single .. line answer .. this application contains many question....
1) why u not banned other cop from two of them which on i was shoting and his power was not losing ... wat can i say .. um he was using (no power loss)e.g any strength hack ??????

2) why u all administartors just listen each other and does not want to listen others players playing...????


3)u sayed that mistake chances was very low .. its not zero ... mistake could be happen by every one ...... no mistake=no human s0 dont u think mistake could be happen..???


4) If u dont want to trust other peoples who u banned .. then why u oppend a unban appeal phenomenon if u dont want to trust others peoples ...like me ..?????

5) if i was a hacker i can simply creat an other account and can make points easly .because it not hard for an hacker to build up points quickly.. em not hacker i build up my points (700)
with honesty and hard working so u think em a hacker?????
6) if u or any other person or administrator have any proff so show it .. i promise i will leave playing not only lsrcr but entire gta sandreas multiplayer .but if u not got any proff u will not only decrease ur repo because u have banned me for no proof .so u promise that u will not only resign ur rank ..(administrator) ..as well as stp playing gta sandreas multiplayer??

now be fair with me .... or wat can i do else leaving this lsrcr and playing other servers which i dont know will be a good server or not but i hope they have a fair and honest administrators

You were banned by [Lsrcr]Johnson who currently is a senior administrator here at Lsrcr. He has alot of experience when confronting hackers and i personally doubt he would of made a mistake, But since we are human and we all do make mistakes in life i'll leave this topic to him to finalize and see what he has to say about your unban application.

I checked the logs to see what I had done and at what time.

I had set your vehicle's health to 300.0 at [20:24:56] and again at [20:24:59] and the ban was [20:25:05].
There is 9 seconds between the first time your vehicle's health was set and your ban which would mean having a ping of at least 9000, which I doubt you had.

During all this time I was spectating you having the health of your vehicle visible using /dl, which stayed the same all the time.

How do you explain this?

simple ma n... ping usually changes due to which health not losed at that time so how it can be increased .. can u explain

It's hard to explain something when what the explanation is in regards to is in illegible English.

(final words)........plz stop investegating me like this as u r wasting both ur and mine time plz now give ur decision in ur last post at this topic ,,,,,,... as u know u have two things to do .... 1) stillkeping be ban other one 2) to unban me ... if first thing happen what can i say i was treated unfairly ... if second thing happens i wiill happyyyyyyyyyy ...........as i was treated fairly ... plz tell ur decison in ur upcoming post at this topic if still i banned what can i do else creating new account and start building my points honestly to this server or any other server (which i hope may be a fair admins)
