As all the Muslims believe that Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) is the Last Prophet of Allah.
All if we want to follow the Islam it means that we have to follow Holy Prophet.
If the Holy Prophet was wrong then it means the Islam is wrong and so all the Muslims are wrong.But i do not think so because there is nothing wrong with Islam.
I only want to ask you that if Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) has done anything wrong then tell me.Because I know that he had not done anything wrong in his whole life.

here it is about an Sahabah (Muslim who have seen holy prophet)
i am talking about Hazrat Jabir (sahabah), his body was transferred because of some reason by some non muslims.Actually the Muslim king ordered but the non-muslims requested to the king that they will transfer the body to another grave.
When they dig the grave they found that the eyes were shiny even after a long time passed for death.so they became Muslims.
