no they test you and than you can get it or if they think you are bad they dont give it but i think its unfair thay kill us for hits when we are bussy and when they are bussy we cant kill them

I mean swat and pagati are very different from each other
And pagati lately is not that active

It would be better if they actually gave us cash for protection. Reason for it is so then SWAT commanders/WO can save up that cash and it can be used for SWAT events.
