i made a topic about it but no one really helped me, sorry.

I will recommend 2 programs.
Xfire and Fraps

The best program to use for new people is Fraps(www.fraps.com) and then to upload...

Download a full version of fraps (of course illegally legally), record your ingame stuff (WARNING, FRAPS RECORDS HUGE FILES, 20 SECONDS COULD BE LIKE 1GIG WORTH)

After recording, go to windows movie maker and save the file into a different format (reduces like 1gig worth into like 12mb)

I personally recomend yo a programme called "Action!" by Mirilis comany, then once you recoarded and you changed the file to a "*.wvm" or something like that [Windows media format], then use a progamme called : "iwisoft free video comnverter" and a 10 Minutes video, with 720p quality will be around 90 MB.
