Emergency Light Mod
This mod improves the visibility of emergency vehicles by making use of the headlights. The mod offers many settings and speeds of flash meaning you can personalize it to your liking.
In-game Controls
F12 = Toggle Emergency Lights
F11 = Open Menu (When lights are on)
H = Select Menu Item (When Menu is Open)
F11 = Toggle Auto-Off (When lights are off)
F10 = Turn all lights Off
Install Instructions
Step 1: Download the required files, using the following links:
Cleo (Latest Version) - http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/cleo4/CLEO4_setup.exe
Mod install - http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php? ... hash=guest

Step 2: Run "CLEO4_Setup", when the window opens, click next until you reach the below window. Then ensure the GTA install directory is correct.

Step 3: In the next window, you must specify a directory for the Sanny Builder files, that can be any folder you wish just make sure it is somewhere safe. Then complete the installation.

Step 4: Next open the Emergency Light Mod folder and open "ELMConfigTool". Make sure the GTA directory is correct and then click "Install/Update Mod" to install it. You can then play around with the various settings, I recommend enabling Auto-Off as if you enter a house when your car lights are still flashing it can sometimes crash.
