Why do I report him?: He made a Hit Contract Evade

More Information: He got a 70000$ Hit Contract and than he goes to Hitman and yet he has no Hit Contract anymore.

Proof:

There is no rule that this is not allowed.
actually, he still got his hit but because he is white it wont appear on the list when he get wanted again you will see his hit again.
