Who I want to report: joe_pesci

Why i report him/them?: He cuff abused

Extras: He cuffed him and he cant go the cuffed player and than joe_pesci went away and i have to uncuff him

I dont see why this is cuff abuse, cops are always allowed to cuff you for a search or a fine he also needs to uncuff you, as you can see on the second screen he did that.

No action will be taken.
