Download and there are read-me with the files.
The ones without means that they are just dragged into the directory.

Is it too hard to read th e main readme? Well, to install that mod, drag all the files to your GTA sa folder.

only me? when i go ig with the mods the map is loading and loading it just wont load only players and car are there :Swhat should i do?
