This day my time *14:40* Netherlands time.. i was robbed by .WanTeD. after i died, and then my game just freezes and i have had this to happen multible times before. it's really annoying cause then i have to CTRL+ALT+DELETE to go to the TaskManager.... and then remove the GTA SAN ANDREAS process in order to be able to close it..... REALLY ANNOYING!!!!

i dont know if it's a Client sided bug, or server sided, or both. Thats why i hope you guys can help incase you have the same problem.

That is most likely like a client sided bug,because there are no reports of players crashing after a robbery,it might be caused from anything,how common does this occur? Do you have any mods? Have you modified anything in the GTA-SA game,not only skin/weapon but CLEO's etc. If you are brave enough,try to uninstall GTA SA and SA-MP together. Trying to uninstall SA-MP first would be better thought,deleting the GTA San Andreas User Files might help,but before doing it don't forget to get a backup of the whole servers you have in your favourites,or just backup the GTA San Andreas User Files and then delete it.

Are you crashing on any other servers? Does any other games crash for you?

it does happen sometimes on other servers,

CLEO 4
Ac-130 spookyU
packer artillery mod
airsupport mod
different Rhino skin.

i do admit, it sometimes crashes in singleplayer. i Guess the game sometimes gets too much info from the mods, and freezes ?

Look,SA-MP is a modification,SA-MP uses binaries and libraries that are read from the GTA SA game,there are functions and those functions are implemented to SA-MP.

When a server calls for a function,it will apply the function written in the GTA SA script. So when it is called obviously,if your game is modded,it can call the modded way. So the modded function fails to do its job,instead it should be the regular one. So your CPU and also the script gets confused and crashes. It can be another reason aswell, if you get any Exception Boxes,post it here.. Those are the key to tell us whether the crash is client sided or not.

Your mods can be detected as HAX'es and it may crash you,SA-MP Dev Team makes their versions immune to HAX'es every version they update.

Delete all mods you have,seriously do it,its not only crashing you but also are illegal on some servers, ie. ls-rcr. Delete them and try to play it again.

My suggestion is to backup your current GTA SA and re-install it,so you won't bother setting it up again.

Sounds like bad mods.

Best idea how to have more fps.
Install again GTA without any mod.
