What happened: My friend and I logged onto LSRCR, I went and got a Dodo and landed on the Vinewood highway (near the 24/7) to pick him up and to get wallet/cork/chainsaw. We then took off from there and landed at Pershing Square in front of the bank. Knowing that a lot of people frequent the area I avoided as many people/poles as I could. As we were both not-wanted and our asses and wallets were secure, we figured we would have no problem getting money out of the bank. It was around this time that I noticed a Hunter hovering over us. I went into the bank and said in chat that we're not wanted and that he should "Fuck off" (or something similar), when we exited and get back into the Dodo, he fired for a brief second (Which I assumed was a misclick or him being a little whiney bitch). I then moved forward, to the left parallel to the casino in Pershing Square. I lined up to take off and he fires yet again, this time clearly on purpose, damaging the dodo, as well as hovering directly over me trying to prevent me from being able to take off and to damage the plane. I took off and he continues to shoot while hovering over us in midair (Keeping in mind I was at Pershing Square in a DODO, it takes a little while to get going in the air). He then sets our Dodo on fire, we move and crash and die and start over.

The hilarious thing, is he claims to have been "Following us", and constantly spoke about how "Reports don't affect him" and other random bullshit. I said a lot of profane things addressing him on his errors, and he persisted with his completely bullshit story of how he was chasing us, how he "doesn't care" if he gets reported, how the rules don't apply to him, and a ton of other childish shit.

I simply want to be able to play without having 12 year old kids who shouldn't be in army shooting at me with a Hunter. I have no idea if anyone remembers but I use to play here as an LSRCR and was in the Army, and never did I go around shooting innocents with the fucking Hunter. It was frowned upon back then, and it should still be now.

Here is all the footage I have, you can see we're innocent as I (And my passenger Captain Spaulding) am bitching at him in chat as he was "chasing us" (We both have white names).

As this is related to the army I believe I can involve myself.

From what I've seen in the video it doesn't show he used the hunter against you. Your story seems legit but as I said there's no clear proof from what myself or the Lsrcr Staff can do anything. Nevertheless a dialogue is always good so I'll talk to Wolfman93 regarding his aggressive behaviour.

In the video you were already on smoke, what you've done is called REPORT HUNT, because i didn't shot a shit, i recognize that i've only rammed you wile patrolling the city, in the video i only can see you blaming and insulting me, but no shots.

If that's his defense it's laughable at best. His entire dialogue throughout the video blatantly shows that he does not care about his responsibilities or the rules that come with being in the Army. If he claims to be "On Patrol", why did he sit around at Pershing Square WAITING for me to take off? As for being on "smoke", irrelevant. I'm on "smoke" now and am more capable of maintaining a proper dialogue than he ever will be.

Sorry but if you started the video like 5 second earlier we could have seen him shooting, if he did it. No action will be taken.
