First of all, I arrest Lolcat, so obviously he's mad. He places a hit on me, and [Lsrcr]Fatal, which is a hitman, shoots my tires out as soon as he places the hit. I type /q and come back because I didn't even have a chance to see "A hit has been placed on you" before my tires are shot out. As soon as I am back in the server, I am placed in jail for 300 seconds for breaking the rules. I would like to know which rule I broke, so I ask him, and he says "this server has a few unwritten rules"(Why the hell should I be jailed for breaking an "unwritten" rule, when I did not even know this was a rule?). He put me in jail for "Hit evading", and there is not even a rule about "Hit evading" anywhere in /rules or /pc.

I shot you and chased you down for a good 30 seconds. And, right before you died you quit the game. And, as I stated already there are a ton of unwritten rules in which we follow. Not to mention you shouldn't be breaking rules. You have been banned 7 times already for constant death match and rule breaking.

You shot my tires out the second the hit was placed, and if you say you didn't, you are a liar. I have been banned before, and everytime I was banned I knew exactly why, and didn't come here to appeal it did I? You just seem like an overzealous admin. Who the hell jails someone for breaking an "unwritten rule" as you put it? No warning? Lol. So basically, if you break one of these "unwritten rules", which no one knows exactly what they are, you will be automatically jailed?

I just said I did.... As soon as the hit was placed I saw you and shot you. Then, hopped on my bike and chased you down and began shooting you. And, right before you died you quit.

So you think jailing someone, without warning, for breaking an "unwritten rule" is fair? How is someone supposed to know what these "unwritten rules" are?

P.S. I wasn't even close to dying, I had armor still. I wasn't even halfway dead when I typed /q, i just did it because I couldn't go anywhere considering you shot my tires out the second the hit was placed.

You've been around for a while. Banned about 7 times for constant rule breaking. Can only assume you'd know the rules by now

"Rules" and "Unwritten rules" are the same thing now? Did you or did you not say, this server has "unwritten rules"? If I get banned for breaking an actual rule, that's fine, but breaking an "unwritten rule"? WTF? It either IS or ISN'T a rule, and if it IS, put it under /rules and /pc. And if it ISN'T, stop punishing people for it. And no one is asking you to assume a damn thing, I know the rules, and I didn't break any of them.

Fatal, how can you place a permanent ban on someone for insulting/flaming? Permanent ban? You are an extremely overzealous admin.

It's 10 days. We have a three strike system. After the third ban you get permanently banned. You're lucky I banned you for 10 days since you're well over the three strike system. For you it's the 8 strike system now.

It's common sense that's why most admins punish players for breaking unwritten rules. It's common sense. Hmmm I'm getting shot because I have a hit. Should I quit and evade the hit or stay and die? It's like kidnap evading. Being kidnapped and quitting to evade it. Think about long and hard since you can't seem to comprehend this. Is that fair and right to do? Evade a hit or evade a kidnap? And your link you posted about good is pointless. He has flanked and insulted a ton of times. A lot of the players hated him for it so I banned him for his las time because it was the last straw. But, I unbanned him.
