It's not that easy as it seems to be. You have to select each car, each skin (i REALLY SUGGEST BBMODS.RU for skins) textures, enb series, sounds, buildings vegetation, effects (overdose effects is really nice) and a LOT more.
Also you have to know that GTA SA has it own memory limit and STREAM FIX MEMORY is not enough sometimes, you have to know its limits and how to expand them with file.asi and cleo (not abusable)
