i downloaded many mods to spark and its not work i used IMGTool And not work please help me tell me what to do

Rather than saying many mods? can you list them so we know what mods you downloaded. Also, try to write clearly because it is confusing.


Also a mod file has to have a texture and a .dff file ( for cars ,peds... ) and they have to be installed to a certain location like the gta3 file

downloaded army.dff
army.txd+swat+weapons and lamborghininot and speedometer it's not work--only road mod works

hold on a sec, speedometer needs cleo library and is not installed in Gta3.img
