Raskit's Free Signatures

As I've received a bunch of personal messages recently asking for signatures I decided to make this topic, it should help me keep organized and actually create these signatures (sorry to those who I didn't manage to create one for). My signatures are nothing special nor do I feel I'm great at graphical work but I do like to do it from time to time. As you may have seen in the title, these will be free, I'm not sure how long they will take to create, I'll just do it when I get the time. Basically fill out the simple format below and I'll see what I can do, honestly I don't care if you absolutely hate it because at least you're being honest and I'd rather that, cheers. Also for all those who are interested I use Adobe Photoshop CS5.
Basically there's a simple format that I would like you to use to help me create the piece, basically you need to fill this out:

Not all of these sections are mandatory and for the signature size, see below for an example of what each size is like, you can specify your own size that is not listed below, but I feel the ones below are the most suitable. For preferred fonts you can pick one from here[b]Signature Size:[/b]

[b]Pictures/Renders:[/b]
[b]Other things:[/b]
Some examples of my work that date back into last year, just grabbed anything from my folder.
(You can request signatures like this, text with a background and cut out)
