It helps to reduce lag. You wont feel or have any lag after installing it .

Well you couldn't sound any more suspicious deserteagle. You don't just tell people to download a file because it reduces lag and not explain how or why.

memfix is for missing textures due to mods.... not for lag spikes.. but ok.

I've been recently having a lot of lag spikes so I'm willing to try this. I will let you know if it worked.
