Teamspeak Ban for no reason

Having ips banned with different ranges doesn't mean that's a reason, give me some proper reason why did i got banned ? Even through i did not used your ts for long time because i had left gta but after some time i rejoined and then checked my ts account was banned ? Is this the way you treat your players for banning them with no reason and i even got a ban from ur samp server later on it was fixed just bcoz some admin tried to ban someone else and mistakenly typed my ip!
