Hello,
We created this forum to make trading (e.g. Houses) easier for you guys. Here is a Quick list with the things you can and which you can't buy/sell:
Things you can buy & sell:
Things you cannot buy & sell:
*Undonated houses: You cannot sell an undonated house to a user that already owns an undonated house
**Donation Points: You may post a buy request here and you may post an offer (If you sell donation points) [More information here] How do I make a(n) request/offer?

- Jailcards
- Donation Points**
Things you cannot buy & sell:
- Any Other Donation item
- vehicles

- Making a request:
- You need to post in this section: Requests
- Your title must include what you are searching for (e.g. [Buying] House in Idlewood)
- Your topic must include the information about what exactly you are searching for
- You need to state the maximum price you're willing to pay for your requested item
- Making an offer:
- You need to post your topic in this section: Offers.
- Your title must include what you are selling (e.g. [Selling] House in Idlewood)
- Your topic must include the information on what you are selling
- Your topic must include reasonable prices and conditions
- You may create auctions
- You can sell multiple things at once
- You may NOT scam in this section [might result in a forum ban]
- There will be no refunds once the deal is over so think twice before a final decision
