(( I have placed some colors to make it seen easily. hope you don't mind ))

Hello,
I am starting to lose track of all the topics so you can see it here.
Spoiler: show
Moose's report. http://ls-rcr.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=32487
My response to FreeStyle's comment.[1] http://ls-rcr.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=32633
My response to FreeStyle's comment.[2]http://ls-rcr.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=33612

I would like to have Moose's report re-viewed, as for the current moment, I am waiting for FreeStyle's reply about these quotes.
________________________________________________________________________________________________
It is known that you CANNOT leave innocent suspect cuffed and walk away from him, either hitman or not while you have a hit

"...innocent suspect..." - is that so?
He just tried to MURDER an officer of the law and I can't take his weapons away therefore he will remain cuffed.
As you can see, the moment he was auto un-cuffed he went straight to me, trying to murder me once again.
He is good in shooting, I am good at cuffing.

instead of discussing the issue, IDontCare denied him all that time.

Sorry, I don't understand this sentence, I told him in game the reason I left him cuffed. Please explain.

[Lsrcr]CXdur brought up a few good points in which I would like to share. This is part of my response.
Spoiler: show
It's a complain about him getting his tag removed.

Anyways, IDontCare, your tag was removed because of YOU. It was your fault, and you broke the rules. It doesn't matter what you say, because you broke a rule.

FreeStyle took your tag if I remember right, and you can feel free to PM him this instead of writing a topic. You're not tricking anyone with this topic except yourself.
6.
you can feel free to PM him this instead of writing a topic.
6a. Thank you. I wish to get an answer the same way he replied me.
6b. Saying 'As soon as I saw the ignorant answer from IDontCare' just seems to be a little rude.
6c. Saying 'instead of discussing the issue, I can see that he doesn't really care for rule abiding.' it is not true, I do care for rule abiding. It is misinterpret.
6d. Saying 'instead of discussing the issue, IDontCare denied him all that time.' - I don't understand what he mean by 'denied him all that time'. I told Moose the reason I left him cuffed.

7.
You're not tricking anyone with this topic except yourself.
7a. Please excuse me. I don't understand what do you mean by saying 'tricking anyone with this topic except yourself.' this hurts me a little but I still like you. I didn't mean to trick anyone, nor tower nor degrade of any kind. I am not better than you and anyone is better than me. I just don't wanna be better than anyone. I just wanna be a Lel brother. Do you mind?

7b. FreeStyle said 'It is known that you CANNOT leave innocent suspect cuffed and walk away from him, either hitman or not while you have a hit.'

* Mosse wasn't innocent. At that moment he played as a hitman. He had weapons and was about to murder an officer of the law.

* The moment Mosse opened fire on a police officer, he instantly achieved a wanted level of a wanted suspect. I believe it is an unwritten law.

* To make it as fair as possible, I just temporarily cuffed him and did not kill him. I believe I didn't role as an officer of the law just to sit inside a FBI rancher and eat donuts like I always do but to bring suspects to Alcatraz.

* I agree that leaving a random guy cuffed without being any kind of threat and without a reason is a /cuff abuse. I also believe this is not my case.

I was hoping I would get a clear answer, once and for all. I hope to get it now.

I am sorry for wasting your time. As for the moment the waiting time stands on 37 days.

Thank you for reading this, hoping I would get your opinion in this matter.

IDontCare. :P

There is many unanswered reports, I'm about to do all of them, sir. So, Moose kept trying to kill you without reason and you cuffed him and left him there?

Hello, thank you for replying in such a short notice.
Hmm... Moose was a hitman and he tried to kill me while I had a hit. I did /cuff him and leave him there.

Before he started to shoot me in order to murder me, he was innocent, he didn't rob / rape anyone, but after he shot me the game did not count it for a wanted level, I did, as I wrote in the first comment -

I think it makes sence, am I wrong?

Once again, thank you very much for replying, I would appreciate if you would leave this thread open for now.

Have a good day,

IDontCare

The server does say Los Santos Roleplay. And, in real life, if an innocent did open fire he would be deemed a criminal instantly. But, according to our rules, you cannot do what you did. Even though you were roleplaying and having fun, your broke the rules sadly.
