(write your defence here) srsly I was just roleplaying with the guy named [3D] ( you can ask some pagati members as a proof ; daryl ) .. i met him yesterday in lv i told him if he know how to rp and he can join me and we went to pagati doing some rp stuff as he's my bodyguard ...

today when he logged in i told him lets do it again cause the pagati still didn't do the rp hit yet which cost me 90k ,, then some guy called [2D] came with us for about a minute or so and he just went away then he got banned, after a while some guy called jo5e ( also hacker ) came to lv and started shooting at me and some other ppl including [3D] i've reported him to nelis and he got banned, after a while i told 3d to go to any family base to RP then someone in chat said id 43 ( [3D] ) ban evading ... i said no cause [2D] was impersonating him or they were a team ... however when [3D] lagged or speed hacked i pressed F quickly (admin who was spectating can approve it) and started walking away ,, 3d got banned for cheats and i got banned for helping a cheater...

as you can see i was only trying to roleplaying and its not my mistake that he was a hacker cause i didnt know he was until he did...

Than why didn't you reported him ? but instead you told him something about an admin?

Ye, at the moment i pressed F i told him in pm( or whisper cause i dont remember exactly) admin online r u trying to get me banned ? and started walking away, i didnt report him cause i wasn't completely sure if it was lags or speed hax cause it was like 1-3seconds not more also i played with him for like 3 hours and i didnt see him doing something not normal ,,, then started going to the ? icon ( to get my huntley back that he was driving) then saw in chat that he was banned then i stopped running and i got banned, nothing more nothing less
