Defence: I recently recieved a ban for spawning a forbidden weapon. To be honest, I have no idea what happened, but since IDontCare has the same ban and he mentions [lsrcr]Kurtoks I came to think about something. I was driving my pizza scooter, and I had wanted level when [Lsrcr]Kurtoks entered my bike, and asked if I wanted to buy weapons. I didn't need any so he jumped off, then I got shot at by some army guys, and I noticed I was bugged, so I relogged... When I logged back into the game, it was all good untill I changed my text color to red [/text]. When I did so, I was banned for forbidden weapon cheats. I really think this is an unfair ban, because I would never do this, when I have been so nice to everyone and put a lot of effort into helping out others as well as enjoying the server myself. I've also donated a lot of money to this server and haven't been able to play for quite a while, around a week or so. When I finally got some time to play I was banned, and I don't deserve that kind of treatment, just the fact that I ain't getting unbanned asap is a bit of insultuing, but I guess the admins have to clear this up first. Anyways, I hope I will get unbanned soon so I can go back to playing samp again, before I'm unable to play again for some days...

I recently donated a lot of money to this server, and I think I deserve to know why I'm being perm banned. First of all, why would I spawn a weapon when I have a V.I.P packet, that makes no sence. Also 4 days have passed since my ban snd more and more people are grtting banned for the reason forbidden weapons. I have not done anything wrong and I think it's wrong that I'm being held out like this, and I do hope I get back my donated time on all the items I bought from the donation shop.

Why would I spawn a weapon when I have a V.I.P packet?: Not sure why you're asking us.

You don't need to make posts attacking us for this. We're doing the absolute best we can to get those affected by the bug back on the server, but we can't just assume that you didn't cheat; we need to verify it. The problem is, only Johnson, Energ, and (maybe) Glen can do that. If you make posts like this, you just appear to be an entitled brat. You'd be much better off sending a PM to those 3 people, rather than making rude posts to the admins who can't do anything about it.

I sent a privat message to Energ now, but Andrew, let's clear this up. I did not mean to attack you or any other admins in any way, I just was a little concerned. Also, the thing about V.I.P packet: I didn't really mean to ask, I was just pointing out that it gives no sence for me to spawn a weapon when I've already donated to be able to spawn any weapon I want.

Please be patient. If this is our mistake and the server made the wrong ban we apologise to the inconvenience. At this stage you will have to wait for Energ.

I have been enough patient now, I have waited 14 days for a ban which I shouldn't have received in the first place, also Energ won't respond to my pm's so that's just gg. You guys told me to talk with Energ, and well, he responded once though: and since he said a couple of days ago, ''I will look into it'' it doesn't really help because CXdur already said that to me a bit up in my unban appeal. And now Energ won't respond when I'm asking him when I will get unbanned.

I know I've said it before, but ask yourself this, like really.. ask yourself this: Why would I spawn a weapon when I obviously know it's not allowed when I got the [lsrcr] tag + v.i.p packet which spawns free weapons for me, which I used real money to get! No logic of this ban, and I don't understand how you admins don't see that.. Also, lots of other people have been banned for this shit, it's clearly a bug/glitch, and I should not be closed out from the game because I was a victim of this stupid bug. Omg!

I'm asking kindly... please unban me.

I understand that this must be annoying, and that you're getting impatient.

Look, even if KNEW that you didn't cheat, it would still be up to Energ / Johnson / Possibly Glen, as you were auto-banned. They need to figure out how and why you got auto banned, so they can prevent it happening to other players. I'm assuming they're trying to figure out what's actually wrong before lifting a ban.

I'm not sure why it's taking so long but if Energ said he would look into it, he will when he has time to do so.

I know how it feels though, and I understand why you're getting impatient. The same thing happened to me when I was wrongly banned for cheating a year ago, I did exactly the same as you.

It really doesn't help though, I was luckily unbanned after 20 days.
