Reason: He admitted to be many Banned players, i think he is ban evading because he have enough knowledge of the server and many players who got banned.
[Note: in the first picture, after he insulted me, Kevin ask him why does he know Nitin and i said: "There's a lot of possibilities kevin, he can be Ban evading, In real life nitin bro, In real life Nitin friend"]
