I want to make forum but I don't know for what.
I thought and thoughts and I choose to make forum for my family, but I don't know can I do it?
Maybe I need rights of head admin?
If I cannot do it and Energ really don't give me rights can you tell me your ideas.

Just download forum software (mybb, phpbb 3, smf) and upload it to your hosting. You need to setup a hosting account and to have domain. You don't need any rights from head admin since you will be head admin of that forum. I don't really get why you need it for your family when you have phone or facebook..

I think Can I have forum for my group. Maybe I need rights to have forum for my group.I thought that.

If I can't give me idea for what I can make my forum because I really want to try forum but don't know for what.
