Jesus statue hit by lighting

Read the following news article ; '' http://sploid.gizmodo.com/lightning-str ... 1503947641 ''

Isnt this a warning from God to christians that they make statues of their ''Lord'' which the bible said it is not allowed to obey or make
statues/draw of their ''Lord''?

read :

Exodus 20:4-5 ESV

“You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me.

Leviticus 26:1 ESV

“You shall not make idols for yourselves or erect an image or pillar, and you shall not set up a figured stone in your land to bow down to it, for I am the Lord your God.

Also arent churches filled with statues of Mary, Jesus and other prophets? and why dont the highest name in churches say something about this? Dont the people remember Abraham and people who obeyed the cow? its all starting over again.

That statues been completed for like 80 something years. It's estimated that lightning strikes the earth 100 times a second. If you actually believe that lightning hitting that statute was nothing more than random, you need to think harder lol.

No offense intended towards you.

Jokes aside.

What is a lightning?
-light·ning
ˈlītniNG/Submit
noun
1.
the occurrence of a natural electrical discharge of very short duration and high voltage between a cloud and the ground or within a cloud, accompanied by a bright flash and typically also thunder.
"a tremendous flash of lightning"
"the sky was a mass of black cloud out of which lightnings flashed"
adjective
adjective: lightning

1.
very quick.

In a quick summary: The fastest way of charged electrons traveling from the clouds to the ground/surface.
In this case,a tall statue,so the highest/tallest object gets hit first (as it's the fastest way sky<>ground).
There's like 8 million lightnings that occur every year,it's just a pure coincidence that it hit that statue.

So i'm pretty sure an angry god had nothing to do with this.

Exactly...

Anyways, Reda, may i ask you, what is the point of all these topics you make?
You search on internet for whole day just to show something bad about christians and catholics. (You just make them all people hate you, and i believe you dont want that everyone hate you)

My suggestion to you (like a friend, like a man who has been in many different situations in life and has 10 years more then you of life experience):
Love everybody, because you dont know who can save your life one day. If you continue that way, you will have more haters then people who actually love you.
