Hello guys , I've never installed any mods before and i dont know how to install any , so can someone teach me how to add mods to my gta files and make it work ? Thanks

do i need both spark and winrar ??

Winrar is needed to open the files you download since most people upload them in winrar files and you need spark to install mods.
