thank you , I am new , only what i know is how to mod weapons and cars by GMM and it is my first day , i got the weapons packet by skillz/moiz anyway i am new so tell the tool also , thank you .

For a moded map:
1. Download map mod (google it).
2. Download alci image editor.
3. Open alci image editor and click open and open your gta3.img and then click on import(remove if exist) and then select all your map files and then rebuild the archive.
That's all. Hope you understand.

Download Alci's Img editor 1.5 for modding. Its too easy to use.

P.S. I will keep editing my post when I find the mods for you (need to study at the time :'( )

which is better spark or alci image editor ? i downloaded the alci`s img editor but i want to know where is gta3.img ?

according to my experience alci is more easy.

I want to know a link of a good mini map . to do it , i understand the steps and i found the gta3.img
