When a wild dog attacks a random guy, the dog gets captured and killed.
When a random guy captures a cat / dog and kills it, he gets a max. $2000 fine ?

Maybe he didnt actually Kill a cat? Maybe it was a bird or a large spider that was in his bedroom and he killed it defending his friends/family/self?

Maybe he has a child, and that cat was scratching his child, going crazy going to kill his baby?

Fair enough, he said it was a joke, and in which case its a SICK joke, which isn't funny, but creating a topic about it just to spread hatred really, this trend must stop.

I would capture it, take it to my car and leave it somewhere far away. I wouldn't fucking kill it that BRUTALLY.
