Hello theeeeere.

Ive started to play DayZ Standalone for some days ago and I thought about maybe LS-RCR could be able to expand the Community and open up a Standalone server! I would like it personally. But yeah.

Heres the suggestion. I hope u like it.

Peace on the street!

Kind Regards,
Andii aka Andiibooii

As first te place to put these kind of topics is here -->https://ls-rcr.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=18

But because we are here allready ima share my tough + got some questions.

1. Does it costs money to rent a DayZ server ?
2. Are there allot of Lsrcr players playing this game?

Personal if it costs money to rent i'm not quite into it. As people are donating for Ls-rcr (sa-mp), if this DayZ server would have spendings that means Energ/Johnson have to calculate and make a cut in the budget of Sa-Mp. Witch allot of players including me only are playing within the Lsrcr community. As i would donate for Lsrcr it would mostlikely be for Sa-Mp, and IMO it would be the fairest if that cash is gonna be used for Sa-Mp.

So, I went of and did some research on the game and ofcoruse hosting etc.. I personally don't like the price of hosting, I believe its $1.20-50 for one slot. So around 30 slots it'd be £35 quid. And, I'm not sure wether this is true but, to rent/create a server you've got to pay aswell? I'm sure Energ and the senior administration would like to focus their cash more on SA-MP than alias games. Plus, I doubt many people from this community have the game as it was never mentioned in any post/topic regarding games.

Nothing personal and good idea anyways ;)

I dont know where/how they host their servers..
If they have their own host on their computer it will be free. And i belive it cost 1-1,50 per slot.

Yup. $1.20-50 per slot. Whilst in SA-MP its around $0.10 - 0.20 per slot. In my eyes great difference.

But, they're both two games? I don't think players would install or go purchase another game(gta:sa). If ofcourse that's what you mean?

I didnt ment like that. I ment that our Community would grow and get bigger and bigger if thet have 2 servers. One dayz and one SA-MP
