Hello,

Seems that nowadays quite popular to buy houses with DPs instead of cash. There is one thing you need to remember: Undonated houses do not change their status to Donated (or Donated house keep their status) If you buy a house with DPs from another player. Making deals with DPs is just making a deal with another currency (DPs instead of cash). So, unless you Donate to the server (pay DPs to energ), you can't own 2 houses.

Example:

I want to buy an undonated house from hobo with DPs. If i don't have any undonated house yet, i can buy it. If i already got an undonated house, i cannot buy it since the house doesn't change it's status. If i pay 6 DP to Energ (Donate for it), i can buy it and it's state changes into donated.

And if i buy a house with dps and that player who sold me the house tells an admin to transfer the house to me , does it remain donated ?

I bought a house from Sonit for 3 dps and it became undonated. I told Onzie that "I paid 3dps to Sonit for his house, can you make the house donated?" He said that "it doesn't matter if you paid for a player dps. if you want a donated house you should buy it from the server".

i received a donated house from a friend but when the admin gaved it to me it became undonated. why ? it was just a transfer because the guy i received the house from quitted playing samp. Shouldn't it remain donated ? bcs he paid 6 dps for it

Damn... i want more non-donated houses.
