I saw something like another Grand Theft Auto non-CLEO HUD but didn't had much interest on them, actually if i could install the 'Weapon wheel' (From GTA V) without using CLEO i would but far as i know i need CLEO...
I hope for more answers, would like get some non-CLEO HUDS.

I'm not sure about whether the second mod is allowed or not but I think it is, anyway that one doesn't require cleo.
