I want to sell my donated house + free change interior,house located at Jefferson in Los Santos.

Starting bid: 30m / $30 000 000
More information for house:
-free change Interior
-Donated!
-Have space to park and save[hide] cars behind house.
-Have spawn car outside house
-Its close to Idlewood
-Its near Jefferson Car shop
-Its very close to Hospital.
Offer expire: When I said.
You can buy house:
-With DP's
-With money.

Rules:
-You cant withdraw your offers.
-You need to bid up with 1m from last bidder.
Note: My offer, My rules.

Its donated house, That is small price for it.
House is donated and have free change interior,
If someone want to buy it donated I can call admin to transfer it..
and that player who will buy house will have it donated.

It would be undonated when you sell it so don't know why thats going to make a difference.

but if he have undonated house maybe he cant get it.

I buy it from another player and I got it donated because I call admin to transfer it
If player who want to buy it pay me with dps or money We will call admin to transfer it
on his account.

There is one thing you need to remember: Undonated houses do not change their status to Donated (or Donated house keep their status) If you buy a house with DPs from another player. Making deals with DPs is just making a deal with another currency (DPs instead of cash). So, unless you Donate to the server (pay DPs to energ), you can't own 2 houses.

Example:

I want to buy an undonated house from hobo with DPs. If i don't have any undonated house yet, i can buy it. If i already got an undonated house, i cannot buy it since the house doesn't change it's status. If i pay 6 DP to Energ (Donate for it), i can buy it and it's state changes into donated.

OMG I was not talking about 2 houses, I was want to tell/said you, that if you dont have any houses you can buy it donated with Transfer.
