I dont know this is the right section to ask
if I downloaded neon cleo mods will this harm me like (ban )

It depends.What kind of mods did you download ?If they dont give you any advantages then it shouldn't be a problem I assume.By the way,"help"section would be better for this topic I guess.

Its only neon so how can it gives me advantage?

If other people will see it also i think ls-rcr will not accept it due to the donation item ''neon'' but i'm not sure so i will keep it unlocked and i will move it soon.

Well thats the problem about the mod i don't know if only you can see it or if others can see it also i might setup a test server with you to test it when i'm home. (wich will be friday) Untill that time i suggest you to not use this mod before you get banned for using it.
