Adding Some Info about Swat in Swat main page

Suggestion: Add some Info about Swat with Swat's Main Page.
Reason: Well, it doesn't look so cool not to see any Info about Swat in the main page, just only the members list... I guess adding some info wouldn't be so hard. The Info can be anything, like Info about Swat duty/duties, some tutorials with it too.... Also, The Swat Staff team could be able to edit it or update it so it won't be too hard for you guys.
