Defence:
I was a hitman and spawned in Idlewood, Bayuum was afk in-front of Pizza shopping. Then I robbed him and a innocent player was there and kept deathmatching me! Then I raped him quickly and after that he kept shooting me and I got forced to kill him. I thought we can kill a player who I rape/rob him and he opened fire to me. This situation happened 100 times for me, Players (Some of tagged members) killed me when they robbed/raped me when I was a innocent player. About lying admins, What kind of lying ?!! I just said the truth. By the way, If there is a rule that we cannot kill a player who we raped/robbed him before he opened fire or he's a innocent player, I'll respect to your punishment. I'll know a new rule and won't do that mistake anymore.

This picture proves that you didn't rape or rob the guy you killed. Yes, he did deathmatch you, but even then you're not allowed to deathmatch back. Considering this isn't the first time you've done something like this, and you lied about it afterwards 11PM & I saw no other option but to ban you.

When I did something like this ?? If I did that, Why admins didn't take any actions ? This is the first time something happened for me like this. Korin_Tzan dmed you at first place (i was watching him for 5 minutes for cheats), then you robbed bayuum and right away you shot Korin_Tzan! So you did dm back, there is no doubt about that and im not going to argue about it because i saw what exactly happened!
Then when i asked you "why did you kill him?", You said "i raped/robbed him and he shot me", something along those lines, which is absolute lie.

So dming and lying to staff team just to "get away" is something i wont let happen.

When I did something like this ?? If I did that, Why admins didn't take any actions ? This is the first time something happened for me like this.

I saw you dming not very long ago, but i didnt take any action because i wanted to be 100% sure that you gonna dm again and again. Which you did.
Also, its not your business why we didnt take any action, but if you really insist, i didnt want to be exposed, i wanted to keep it "low" and watch how do you represent our community.

Going to add that Drastic verbally warned you over PMs for deathmatching a long time ago, but even then there's no expiration date considering you did it again.

If he was a hacker why did you let him to DM me ? Just right after I spawned at idlewood I chose hitman and started to get weapons via /dweap and exactly in the sametime I was getting my weapons he started DMing me that almost I died... Even as you said you was watching him for deathmatching you didn't jail him for dming or what ever. Then after I robbed Bayuum I jumped near him for raping and I swear I entered /rape near him, I swear. Don't know what happened really but I never DMed any person, If someone is dming me I'll prefer to wether rape or rob him so I'll be able to kill him. Just one thing, This is the first time I got banned for such result, But that was unfair, Why ? Becuase I didn't even get a warning and that straight ban and tag removal was really unfair

I think it's like 6 months I didn't see him around, and that thing you said, Was never happened. My only warning was a verbal warn by onzie for insult before the server crash (1year ago ?).

Well, If that was really DM back and all of that was only my mistake. I want you to make a fair decision. I just got my tag removed for the first ban during my whole play time (77d 10h ) at Lsrcr

I've seen you deathmatching two times, even though it's a long time ago. 11PM saw you recently.

We didn't ban the hacker because if we're watching someone for hacking, we would rather ban him instead of jailing him if we can. Right after he shot you he started using the cheats, and if we had jailed him we never would have seen that he cheated. He would have known that admins were watching and toggled his cheats off.

APEX, you didn't jump after him or anything. You basically just shot him, you didn't even run towards him properly.

And Apex, you just lied to me again. "i jumped toward him to rape him", you didnt jump at all, you didnt even stop for a second, you were only running around him, just like in duel. :/
