/pull command - Approved

In-Game Name: [Lsrcr]CXdur
Suggestion: A pull command which allows you to pull someone out of a vehicle
Reason: Let's say that you have caught a suspect, you have him blocked up with roadblocks. There's absolutely no way for him to escape. He could be cuffed, his vehicle could be locked, he could be saving jailtime by just staying inside the car. In situations like this a command to pull the player out of the vehicle could be really great to have.
Obviously this can be too overpowered (for example jumping on top of a car and doing it while it's driving would be too good), so my suggestions is that it would work like this:
/pull <id>, and you would have to stay close to the player (cuff range), and if your location has changed too much (for example if you've walked out of the cuff distance) it would say something like this:
"Pull interrupted. You've moved around too much."
and if it's successful you would pull the player out of the vehicle to your own location.
Like this it would be impossible to drag someone if they're moving, or if you're moving. So it would only work if you have them completely blocked up with roadblocks (which enables you to use more tactics).
Personally I believe that this would be a great addition to the swat team, and I think that it fits the team perfectly.
