In-Game Name: BoSSPEED
Suggestion: Set reapply date after ban has expired, e.g. denied on 14th, ban length is three days. So the applicants application will say banned until 17th, when ban has been lifted applicant has to reapply two weeks from 17th, which would be the 31st.
Reason: Well I don't think its fair to be honest. For example, Tal was denied on 14th May 2014 (banned on 12th May 2014), he has to reapply two weeks from 14th May but for 8 of those days he will be banned. When he comes back, he only has to wait six more days, and then re apply again.

Note: This only applies to May 2014, but if other months have 30 days, it would be the first of the month after.

New Applicants' Rule added:

16. If you were banned and you had an application running, the time given to Re-Apply (14 days if not specified) will start counting since the day your ban was lifted. E.g: Denied on 14th May 2014 (banned on 12th May 2014 for 4 days), 14 days start counting since 18th.
